Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Multi-Grade Level Teacher to join our team at Living Water Christian Academy. The Multi-Grade Level Teacher will be responsible for teaching and nurturing students in multiple grade levels, while also integrating Christian principles and values into their lessons. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of curriculum development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and student assessment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students in multiple grade levels, while ensuring alignment with the school's curriculum and Christian values.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs, abilities, and learning styles.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning, growth, and development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a multi-grade level setting, preferably in a Christian Private School.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, differentiated instruction, and student assessment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate Christian principles and values into teaching and classroom management practices.

TEACHER'S ASSISTANT
Position Overview:
As a Teacher's Assistant, you will work collaboratively with the lead teacher to support the learning and development of students. This role is instrumental in creating a conducive and engaging classroom environment where each student can thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.

- Monitor students during class transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities.

TEACHER, SUBSTITUTE
LWCA is always looking for qualified SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS. All applicants must go through a fingerprinting process and be approved before being called to work. Substitute teacher information will be kept on file. The school will call on an as-needed basis.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Living Water Christian Academy Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school administration. This position will require excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to the Christian values and mission of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of LWCA’s administrative offices; anticipate needs and take care of them.
Provide daily support to the head of school by scheduling meetings, staying on top of emails, answering phone calls, and assisting in the day-to-day activities of the office.
Operate as office manager.
Prepare in advance for meetings and visitors.
Take notes during administrative meetings and follow through on assigned tasks and projects.
Help with events, such as Awards Chapels, produce certificates, labels, and envelopes for report cards, etc.
Be an integral part of the preparation of the beginning of the school year by preparing publications and carrying out important tasks during the summer.
Support special events and activities as needed by administrators.
Exhibit polite and professional communication with parents and staff.
Maintain a professional and modest personal appearance.
Receive job applications and check references.
Assist in coordinating preparations for accreditation visits.
Serve as liaison for various vendors.
