Dear LWCA Parents,
Can you believe it? We've reached the final month of the school year, and there's so much to look forward to in the weeks ahead!
As we embark on this exciting month, I wanted to take a moment to share some highlights of what's to come:

• End-of-Year Celebrations: Get ready for a month filled with celebrations and memorable events as we wrap up another successful school year. From the EOY awards ceremony, to the EOY field trip, to field/ water day, we have so much in store to celebrate the achievements and growth of our students.
• Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week: The week of, May 12th, we'll be honoring our amazing teachers, staff, and volunteers during Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week. It's a time to show our gratitude for their hard work, dedication, and love for our students. Attached is a A list of our staff's "favorite things" to help you participate and express your appreciation! 
• Final Assessments: As we approach the end of the school year, our students will be gearing up for their final assessments. We encourage you to continue supporting their learning at home and helping them prepare for success through utilizing Edmentum 15 -20 minutes per day (rotating between Reading, Math, and Language Arts). If you need your child's log in information, please don't hesitate to reach out. 
• Spring Spirit Week: Get ready to embrace the spirit of spring with our upcoming Spring Spirit Week! From May 27th to May 31st, we'll be celebrating the season with a week filled with fun and festive activities. It's sure to be a week filled with laughter and plenty of springtime cheer!

We have a lot planned for this month, and we can't wait to make the most of every moment with our LWCA family.
